Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of when the order was placed. You will need to make sure that your name and address are correct before completing your order as we will not be liable for shipments to an incorrect address. We offer different shipping speeds and will give you an estimate on how long it will take to get to your location. We accept international order but we may not ship to certain countries. Return & Replacements
We accept returns on unused products with 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send packages back to us. If we sent you the wrong product, we will accept returns and refund you the cost of the product and shipping fee. If a product was damaged during transit, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product and we will request that you return the product for a refund or we can send out a replacement.
You may order products from our website by registering for an account or checking out as a guest. You will be given the total amount plus shipping before checkout. Please confirm all your information is correct before payment and if there is an error after you placed your order, please send us an email as soon as possible so we may correct it before shipment.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We reserve the right to offer sales and promotions at our discretion. At times we may send out coupons to our previous customers who have registered with us. Sales, promotions and coupons are good for a limited time offer and we cannot accept them if they have expired.
Viewing Orders/ Updating orders
If you would like to view an order that you placed, please log into your account. You may then make changes and update your personal information if needed.
International Customs Fees
Customs fees are charged by some international countries with orders above a certain amount. We try to help our customers avoid any undo hassles with customs, please contact us if you are concerned about any delays at the border.
